More than 100 years ago, our office was started by patent attorney Hans Friedrich. He laid the foundation which is the basis for continuous growth and success of our office still today. A great number of patent attorneys continued the work of Hans Friedrich for several decades, before patent attorneys Alex Stenger and Wolfram Watzke took over the office in 1966. Patent attorney Heinz J. Ring became partner in 1972.

In 1992, the existing team was completed by patent attorney Michael Rausch, who joined the office after senior partner Alex Stenger retired from the office the same year. Patent attorney Wolfram Watzke left the office in 1999, patent attorney Heinz Ring in 2006. Patent attorneys Axel Wanischeck-Bergmann and Stefan Brinkmann joined the team in 2006.

This long tradition and a wide spectrum of subject knowledge of our attorneys and assistants contribute to the successful development and continuous growth of our business.

It is our intention to continue working in the same spirit, so we make an effort to constantly update and optimize our internal organization and entire communication system according to the current needs.
